Prodesse is now part of Gen-Probe

On October 21, Prodesse, Inc. was acquired by Gen-Probe (NASDAQ :  GPRO), a world leader in Molecular Diagnostics.

The new combined entity will continue to offer products under the Prodesse product line brand.
