Ira Marks, Diagnostics Industry Veteran, Joins Prodesse Board
WAUKESHA, WI (July 31, 2007) – Prodesse, Inc. today announced that it has elected Ira Marks to its Board of Directors. Mr. Marks has over 30 years of Diagnostic and Pharmaceutical experience. His responsibilities have included sixteen years as a senior executive with Bio-Rad Laboratories, five years of experience in Molecular Diagnostics with Nanogen and Cepheid and he is currently General Manager of MiltenyiBiotec, a global Research Biotech Company. During his tenure, Mr. Marks has managed large and small organizations and has introduced many FDA cleared diagnostic products to the marketplace. He possesses B.S and M.S. degrees from the City University of New York.
